These Terms govern use of TamGam, operated by Viqri Labs. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account details.
• You are responsible for account security and activities under your credentials.
• Users must follow applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Service Scope

TamGam provides educational tools including classes, notes, assessments, AI tutoring, and community interactions. Features may change over time.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior.
• No attempts to disrupt platform integrity or security.
• No misuse of AI features for prohibited content.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, Refunds

Paid features are governed by plan terms and billing cycle. Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, and proprietary content belong to Viqri Labs or licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.

6. User Content

You retain rights to your submitted content, but grant necessary rights to process and display it for platform operations and service delivery.

7. Disclaimers

Educational outputs, including AI-generated responses, are provided on an "as available" basis and should be used with judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viqri Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or operational necessity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to competent jurisdiction and consumer rights under law.
