Refund & Cancellation Policy
Convenience refunds are available only within the defined refund window below. This policy does not remove statutory rights available under applicable law.
1. Refund Window (Convenience Refunds)
A learner may request a convenience refund only up to the earlier of:
- 11:59 PM IST on the 7th calendar day from the date of purchase, or
- Before the 3rd class starts.
After this point, convenience refunds are not available.
2. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law, including cases such as failed/duplicate payment reversal, non-delivery of paid service, or other legally recognized consumer claims.
3. Cancellation by User
- If cancellation is requested within the refund window and eligibility criteria are met, refund may be approved as per this policy.
- If cancellation is requested after the refund window, the subscription can still be stopped from the next billing cycle where applicable, but no convenience refund is due for consumed/current period.
4. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days.
- Final credit timelines depend on payment method, bank, card network, UPI, and payment gateway.

Raise the request from support channels with:
- Registered email/phone
- Transaction/order reference
- Reason for request
